Installation
We level the subfloor with self-leveling underlayment, set every tile with polymer-modified thinset, and seal grout with a 15-year color-sealer. Showers get a Schluter or RedGard waterproofing membrane standard.
Care & Maintenance
Sweep, mop with pH-neutral cleaner, and re-seal grout lines every 2–3 years for an as-new look. Avoid bleach and ammonia on natural stone.

Porcelain is fired denser and absorbs less than 0.5% water - making it the better choice for showers, exteriors, and high-traffic floors. Ceramic is lighter on the budget for wall tile and low-traffic baths.
